Palin To Lay Out Specifics On Helping Special Needs Kids

(PITTSBURGH) Sarah Palin will deliver a speech here this morning laying out some specifics on how she intends to advocate from Washington for families who have children with special needs.
The Alaska governor’s infant son Trig was born with Down syndrome, and she often discusses her experiences with him on the campaign trail. Though she says that she will do more for special needs children as vice president at every campaign rally, Palin has laid out few specifics up to this point.
Later today, Palin will be deposed under oath by the independent investigator working for the Alaska personnel board, as part of a second investigation into allegations that she abused her power in dismissing a public safety commissioner.
