Ohio Sec. State Asks Supreme Court To Step In On Verification Battle

Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, asking for intervention into the state’s dispute over voter eligibility verification, the AP reports. The 6th U.S. Court of Appeals earlier this week ordered Brunner’s office to establish a system of verification that would match driver’s license numbers or Social Security numbers with new voter applications, something the state Republican Party had asked for.

Over 650,000 new registrations have been turned into the state since January and Brunner’s office say about 200,000 of them have mismatched data. But Brunner says there are multiple reasons why applications may be mismatched and said that a new process of verification could lead to disenfranchising voters. “If the Sixth Circuit's decision is allowed to stand, an untold number of legitimate voters in Ohio will be forced to re-establish
the bona fides of their vote before the county boards of elections, or they will stay home out of frustration or confusion," Brunner wrote in her appeal.

Meanwhile, the AP also reports that the FBI is investigating ACORN’s role in voter registration fraud complaints in states across the nation. A law enforcement source told the wire service that the FBI is looking through the results of several raids on ACORN offices in various states to find out if there has been a “coordinated national scam.”

MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD in November, because in many states there is no safeguard? Our voter system has become compromised because of the 13 to 30 million illegal aliens in our nation. Do you really think that our corrupted government is going to give you accurate numbers of illegal aliens. I blame both parties, the Liberal-Socialist judges that have allowed this to happen, because anybody, just ANYBODY can say they have citizenship status?

With ACORN violating our laws, and other ominous entities, how can we expect an honest vote in two weeks. Many states do not have the resources to check, who has a legal right to vote? What''s going to stop millions of illegal foreign nationals from uttering perjury, that can be located in any Post Office, Department of Motor Vehicles or even in a rural court house. As an Independent is it even worth voting, when our US constitution has become just a piece of paper by Liberal judges.

Read what Rep. Tom Tancredo (CO) Interview at YALE UNIVERSITY about the illegal immigrant occupation of our country: www.thepolitic.org/content/view/109/ IT WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT THIS EVER INCREASING PLAGUE.

Some five million fraudulent home mortgages are in the hands of illegal aliens, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The repubs are just trying to position themselves so Scalia, Thomas, and the rest of the gang-of-five can make McErratic the winner after he loses the people''s election.

"REGISTRATION FRAUD" is not "VOTER FRAUD"

The biggest problem is the approximately 1.2 million American voters that the Republican VOTER SUPPRESSION EFFORTS will DISENFRANCHISE.

ACORN is simply another "Fox Fantasy"

The TINY NUMBER of "questioned" ACORN registrations will have NO EFFECT ON THE ELECTION

10,000 QUESTIONED registrations out of 1,300,000 ACORN Registrations are "suspect"

That is only 0.7% of all the registrations filed by Acorn

10,000 QUESTIONED registrations out of 212,000,000 registered voters in the USA

So the QUESTIONED registrations are only 0.004% of ALL VOTERS in the USA.

ALL OF THESE QUESTIONED REGISTRATIONS will be REJECTED by the county registrars. So NO VOTER FRAID will occur.

This was NOT an effort to CREATE VOTES IN THE ELECTION. NONE of these false REGISTRATIONS were going to result in actual VOTES.

These false registrations were done by PAID EMPLOYEES TRYING TO UP THEIR REGISTRATION NUMBERS. These "phantoms" were NEVER going to SHOW UP at the polls! So NO VOTER FRAUD would have occurred.

So this "Voter Fraud" is really just another FRAUD by McCain, and the GOP in an attempt to throw doubt into the campaign by a candidate who is losing badly.

Brunner can hang it up. The Supreme Court is the last place to go seeking Justice.
