Woman Knocked Unconscious During Fight Between A's, Giants Fans Outside AT&T Park In San Francisco, 1 Suspect Arrested

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A suspect was arrested Thursday night in connection to the injury of a woman after a fight outside AT&T Park earlier during the day, police said.

Sacramento police took the suspect into custody at 11: 46 p.m. in the 1000 block of Glenrose Avenue after a pick-up request was placed by San Francisco police, Sacramento police spokeswoman Michele Gigante. On Friday, that man was identified as 31-year-old Francisco Lopez.

Lopez was taken into custody without incident.

The fight on King Street occurred right after the Giants lost to the A's.

The woman was attempting to break up a fight between two men, but ended up being punched in the face, according to San Francisco Police.

Police told KPIX 5 that the woman was wearing an A's cap, and hit her head on the sidewalk.

She was unresponsive when an ambulance took her to the hospital, and her condition was unknown.
