VIDEO: Motorcyclist's Wild Ride On I-580 In Oakland

OAKLAND (CBS) -- A motorcyclist who took a wild ride on I-580 in Oakland, almost got away with it.

Unfortunately for him, authorities were flying overhead in a CHP plane and caught his antics on tape.

Video shows the rider weaving in and out of traffic, standing up on the bike, even doing wheelies at speeds in excess of 100 mph.

The biker, Cory McConah said he had no idea he was being videotaped.

The CHP followed McConah to his house and he was cuffed and arrested that day.

Later, the 23-year-old was fined $500, given 3 years' probation, 20 days in jail and community service. He may have to sell the bike as a condition of his probation.
