Vegetation Fire Burning in San Jose Coyote Creek Area Near Capitol Expressway
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A vegetation fire ignited in tender-dry brush in San Jose Friday afternoon, sending up a plume of heavy black smoke that was seen for miles.
The San Jose Fire Department said the fire was small in size -- just 50 feet by 50 feet -- and was burning in the creek area near Tuers Rd. and Brandybuck Way.
