Man Killed In Triple Shooting Outside Union City Restaurant

UNION CITY (CBS SF) – A man was killed Monday night in a triple shooting outside a Union City restaurant, police said.

Police responding to 911 calls reporting gunshots at around 9 p.m. found two men suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot outside of Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in the Union Landing Shopping Center.

One man died at the scene. The other was taken to a hospital in serious condition, police said.

With the help of a witness's description of the getaway car, three suspects were arrested about a block from the parking lot. Police recovered a gun and other evidence from the car.

During the arrest, police stopped another car seen fleeing the area, and found a third shooting victim inside. The man was taken to a hospital, and is in critical condition.

The driver of the second car was not arrested, police said.
