BEVERLY HILLS (KCBS) -- The widow and three sons of an elderly man who died after being hit by an Uber car in Beverly Hill has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the ride-hailing company and the driver who was behind the wheel.

They're asking for unspecified damages.
