Two Teenage Boys Injured In Bayview District Shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Two teenage boys were injured in a shooting in San Francisco's Bayview District on Tuesday night, police said Wednesday.

The shooting was reported at 9:06 p.m. in the 5000 block of Third Street near Revere Avenue.

The victims, boys ages 15 and 17, were leaving a building when they heard gunfire. One of the victims was struck in the shoulder by the gunfire and the other suffered a graze wound on his leg, police said.

They were both taken to San Francisco General Hospital and are expected to survive.

No arrests had been made and no suspect information was available as of this morning, police said.
