Trump Rushed Off Stage After Disturbance At Reno Rally, Man Led Away In Cuffs

RENO (CBS SF) - Secret service agents abruptly rushed Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump off the stage at a rally in Reno, Nevada because an disturbance in the crowd.

He was in the middle of a speech when the agents broke in. Trump ducked his head as he left the stage.

A person at the center of the incident was later taken from the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in handcuffs. He was later released.

Witnesses said the man was holding a sign that read 'Republicans Against Trump.' During the skirmish, someone in the crowd yelled, "he's got a gun," but according to police, he did not. People in the crowd became angry and shoved a television cameraman when he tried to film the incident.

Harry Bruno captured cellphone video of the man being led away in handcuffs.

"They grabbed this gentleman in the crowd and he started to struggle and then several men in full military regalia came out," says Bruno. "And then I stood back and shot video and watched them take him away from the audience."

When Trump came back onstage he praised his secret service agents saying "they don't get enough credit for the job they do."
