Tree Branches Trimmed In East Bay Before Windy, Rainy Storm

ORINDA (CBS SF) -- PG&E crews trimmed tree branches in Orinda in the hope of avoiding power outages during a storm entering the Bay Area over Thursday night.

The utility crews cut down large limbs that could fall during expected strong winds.

The storm could bring wind gusts up to 60-miles per hour.

There is the potential for downed trees, downed power lines, power outages, and driving conditions could be difficult at times, officials said.
