3 Men Hurt In 2 Separate Sunday-Morning Shootings In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Three men were injured in two separate shootings in San Jose early Sunday morning, a police spokeswoman said.

The first shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Royalbrook Court, San Jose police Sgt. Heather Randol said.

Officers found a man shot at the scene and he was transported to a hospital for injuries not considered life-threatening, she said.

Less than 90 minutes later, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2200 block of Bluebell Avenue around 3:50 a.m., San Jose police Sgt. Heather Randol said.

Arriving officers found two men each suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Randol said.

The men were transported to a hospital for serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening, she said.

No arrests were made and no suspect information was available in either shooting.
