Thief Who Broke Into Liquor Store, Stole Rolls Of Lottery Tickets Caught On Camera

RIO VISTA (CBS SF) -- Police were asking for the public's help to find a man who allegedly broke into a Rio Vista convenience store Thursday morning and stole numerous lottery tickets.

Around 6:10 a.m., a truck pulled up to Rio Vista Liquor at 610 state Highway 12, police said.

A man then exited the truck's passenger side and used a crow bar to pry open the store's locked front doors, according to police.

The suspect then immediately went behind the counter and took numerous lottery tickets from different rolls, before leaving.

He then got back into the passenger's side of the truck. The truck was last seen fleeing east on Highway 12, heading toward the Rio Vista Bridge, police said.
