The National Announces North American Tour Dates

(CBS SF/RADIO.COM) - The National are gearing up to hit the road this spring in support of their latest album, Trouble Will Find Me.

The Brooklyn-based band just announced several dates for April, as well as two festival appearances, plus a stop at The Greek Theatre in Berkeley on April 26. The tour also includes a March date in L.A. that coincides with the theatrical premiere of their film Mistaken For Strangers. Watch the trailer below.

In addition to releasing Mistaken For Strangers, the band is readying a Grateful Dead tribute album. In an interview with Radio.com last year, Matt Berninger and Bryce Dessner talked about what fans could expect of the LP, which features covers by Vampire Weekend, Bon Iver and Kurt Vile and slated for release later this year.
