Teen Hospitalized After Shooting In San Francisco's Western Addition Neighborhood

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - A 19-year-old man was shot in the arm in San Francisco's Western Addition neighborhood on Tuesday night, police said Wednesday.

The victim was walking with some friends in the 1100 block of Scott Street at about 9:40 p.m. when he was shot in the arm, according to police.

He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.

No suspect information was immediately available today in connection with the shooting.
