Suspects Armed With Pepper Spray Steal Pro Camera Equipment In Broad Daylight From Pair In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - A man and woman were assaulted and robbed of professional camera equipment by two suspects armed with pepper spray in broad daylight on Monday in San Francisco's Visitacion Valley, police said.

The victims, both in their late 20s, were unloading items from a vehicle on Teddy Avenue near San Bruno Avenue at around noon Monday when two men in their early 20s approached them, police said.

One of the suspects pushed the female victim by her neck while the other suspect pushed the male victim into the trunk and then used pepper spray on him, according to police.

The suspects stole professional camera equipment from the victims and then fled on foot, police said.

No arrests have been made in the case, which remains under investigation, police said.
