Suspected Medical Clinic Burglar Arrested In Santa Rosa

SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) -- Santa Rosa police arrested a man suspected of burglary of a medical clinic late Wednesday night.

Officer T.C. Collins responded at 10:20 p.m. to a burglary alarm at the clinic in the 1200 block of North Dutton Avenue, Sgt. Marcus Sprague said.

Collins saw a suspect inside the clinic, and the suspect fled further into the building when he spotted Collins, Sprague said.

Officer Jerry Ellsworth and his K-9 partner Duke arrived to search for the suspect, and the officers arrested Cy Wesley Baker, 34, of Santa Rosa, Sprague said.

Baker was booked in the Sonoma County jail for commercial burglary, resisting arrest and a probation violation, Sprague said.
