Police were called by a relative of the man around 7:00 a.m., that he was threatening to harm himself.

"He's going between the front lawn to his garage and inside the house. He's now face-to-face negotiating with one of our negotiators," Decker said. "We're just trying to get him to peacefully surrender so we can end the incident."
There is a large police presence in the area from multiple agencies, including a SWAT team.
So far, no one has been injured in the incident.
Decker said they are willing to wait as long it takes until the man peacefully surrenders.
