SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Sandwich chain Subway made it clear in a tweet that they won't be discussing Jared Fogle after reports started rolling in on an expected plea deal for the former spokesperson on alleged child pornography charges.

After being inundated with questions about reported developments in the case, Subway, which dumped Fogle as their spokesperson when his home was raided in a child pornography investigation gave a simple response on Twitter.
