Students At Multiple South Bay Schools Suspected Of Sharing Naked Pics Of Other Teens

MOUNTAIN VIEW (KCBS) -- Officials in the South Bay are wrapping up a long investigation into students at several high schools sharing naked photos of other teens.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports police in Mountain View were notified in late August by officials at Mountain View High School.

Police say the teens were sharing photos through Dropbox. Police add both male and female students were involved and say it wasn't what they called a boyfriend-girlfriend scenario.

Sources told the Chronicle that students at as many of five high schools were being investigated.

No one has been arrested at this point, and sources say all students and victims are under 18.

Access to the Dropbox folder has been suspended.
