'Star Wars' X-Wing Fighter Lands On Hollywood Blvd.
LOS ANGELES (CBS SF) – Movie premieres are nothing out of the ordinary in Hollywood. With Saturday's premiere of the latest "Star Wars" epic, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story however, to describe this weekend's event, the word "grandiose" is really putting things lightly.
In preparation for the premiere, San Francisco-based Lucasfilm has transported a life-size X-Wing Fighter onto the streets of Hollywood Blvd. Social media blew up with photos of the signature starship, covered in blue tarp, unsucessfully keeping it hidden from view.
