Star Wars Isn't Happy About Amy Schumer's GQ Photo Shoot With Film Characters

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Disney and Star Wars had nothing nice to say about Amy Schumer's spread in the August issue of GQ of her posing in bed while scantily clad with two of the film franchise's characters.

Lucasfilm and Disney responded to the photos that quickly went viral across the internet, seen below in a tweet.

The studio's twitter response was prompted by a tweet commenting that he disapproved of the characters' image being used in a sexually suggestive manner.

Zack W. tweeted "I love @AmySchumer & her comedy routine(s). But this GQ #StarWars spread is just in poor taste."

Star Wars then fired back saying "Lucasfilm & Disney did not approve, participate in or condone the inappropriate use of our characters in this manner."
