Sonoma Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Colliding With Lexus

SONOMA (CBS SF) -- A Sonoma man suffered major injuries when his motorcycle and a Lexus collided in unincorporated Sonoma County south of Sonoma city limits Thursday morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.

Daniel Alvarez Hernandez, 37, was riding a 2010 Harley Davidson on Broadway at Specht Road around 6 a.m., CHP Officer Anna Paulson said.

Diane Sangiacomo, 76, of Sonoma, did not see Hernandez's motorcycle when she pulled her 2008 Lexus out of a private driveway and turned left onto the west side of Broadway, Paulson said.
