Shots Fired During Hit And Run Collision In Suisun City

SUISUN CITY (CBS SF) -- Shots were fired during a hit and run vehicle collision in Suisun City Friday afternoon, according to police.

The shots were first reported at 2:10 p.m. in the area of Worley Road and Railroad Avenue, according to police.

Officers arriving on the scene, however, found the victim of a hit and run vehicle collision.

The victim told officers that shots were heard either just prior to or just after the collision, and witnesses who heard the shots fired reported seeing a subject running with a gun through a nearby apartment complex moments later.

A search of the area did not locate the subject, and no gunshot victims have been found.
