Shots Fired Outside San Francisco City Hall; No One Hurt

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Gunshots were fired outside of San Francisco City Hall Thursday afternoon, a police spokesman said.

Reports of shots fired came in at 2:57 p.m. at the corner of McAllister Street and Van Ness Avenue, police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said.

No one was hit by the gunfire.

Police are investigating whether a group of people who had been

standing at the street corner were the intended targets of the shooting, Esparza said.

No suspects had been arrested as of Thursday afternoon.
