Shark Sighting In Morro Bay Prompts Warning Signs For Beachgoers

MORRO BAY (CBS/AP) -- A shark sighting in Morro Bay has prompted officials to post warning signs to beachgoers.

The San Luis Obispo Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1OyuEMj ) a surfer reported seeing what he believed to be a great white shark swimming in the waters at a beach access point in Morro Bay Sunday morning.

California State Parks rangers kept the beach open, but posted signs warning beachgoers of the shark sighting.
