SF Man Arrested After Woman Dies Following Alleged Domestic Dispute In Daly City

DALY CITY (CBS SF) -- A 23-year-old woman died early Saturday morning after an alleged domestic dispute at a Daly City home and police have arrested one person in connection.

At around 12:05 a.m., officers received a call regarding a domestic dispute happening at 18 Fairview Ave., police said.

Upon arrival, officers located the victim, identified as Ariana Hatami suffering from severe injuries. Hatami was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, where she died from her injuries a short while later, according to police.

At the scene, officers arrested 23-year-old San Francisco resident Fredrick Tran on suspicion of murder, police said.

Police are continuing to investigate the homicide and asking anyone with information to contact Daly City police Detective Brandon Scholes at (650) 991-8172.
