Sebastopol Chef Heading To White House

SEBASTOPOL (CBS SF) -- A Sebaspotol chef is heading to Washington, D.C. to cook for the White House.

The Santa Rosa Press Democrat reports that Jen Johnson, of Sebastopol's high-end frozen food maker Hip Chick Farms, will serve as a guest chef for a staff luncheon on Friday.

The invitation comes after President Barack Obama tasted Johnson's cooking this spring.

In April, the president ate a meal specially prepared by Johnson for him.

The president ate privately while attending a fundraiser at the San Francisco home of Ann and Gordon Getty, for whom Johnson is personal chef.

After, Johnson was invited to cook for the president again, as well as for about 300 staff members in Washington.
