Santa Rosa Police Searching For Bank Robbery Suspect

SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) -- Santa Rosa police are looking for a man who robbed a bank on Wednesday afternoon.

The suspect is a white man in his 50s who is 5 feet 11 inches tall with a stocky build, blue or green eyes and a mustache.

He was wearing a white jacket, blue jeans and a white baseball cap when he entered the Exchange Bank at 499 Stony Point Road in west Santa Rosa around 4 p.m., Sgt. David Linscomb said.

He left the bank with cash from a teller and fled south through the parking lot of the shopping center, Linscomb said. No one was injured in the robbery.

Santa Rosa police have released a photo of the suspect, who did not use a weapon in the robbery.

The Exchange Bank is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
