Santa Cruz Woman, 15-Month-Old Girl Missing Since Sunday

SANTA CRUZ (CBS SF) -- Police are looking for a woman and her 15-month-old child missing out of Santa Cruz since the weekend.

Alice Wieland, 37, voluntarily left the city with her daughter, Joan, who were both reported missing on Sunday, police said.

The woman went off with the child and didn't tell any family members where she planned to go, according to police.

Alice Wieland is described as a white woman standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, police said.

Joan is described as a baby who is about 2 feet 10 inches tall and 22 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair, according to police.
