Escaped Santa Clara County Inmate Recaptured
SANTA CLARA (CBS SF) -- One of two inmates who sawed their way out of a Santa Clara County jail has been recaptured, officials said Tuesday night.
Laron Campbell, 26, has been detained and was being transported back to Santa Clara County Tuesday night, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said the search for Rogelio Chavez continues.

Authorities offered a $20,000 reward Friday for information leading to the capture of Chavez and Campbell, who broke out of a jail in San Jose on Thanksgiving Eve.

On Monday, deputies said they received tips suggesting Chavez was in Gilroy. Anyone who sees him is urged to call 911.
