San Jose Nightclub's Alcohol License Suspended Amid Lewd Conduct Allegations

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) – The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control on Tuesday posted a notice of suspension at the Titi restaurant and nightclub in San Jose.

The nightclub, located at 1560 N. Fourth St., has been accused by the ABC of violations involving lewd conduct, alcohol service during restricted hours and selling distilled spirits with a license that only allows the sale of beer and wine.

The license for the business is now suspended for 30 days and will also be on probation for two years, according to the ABC.

The violations were discovered after undercover investigations in recent months by the ABC and the San Jose Police Department.
