San Jose Fire Damages Several Apartment Units

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) - San Jose fire responded to a structure fire at an apartment complex early Tuesday morning, a fire dispatcher said.

Firefighters responded to the one-alarm fire in the 3000 block of Cadillac Drive at 1:46 a.m., the dispatcher said.

The fire was put out by 2:25 a.m., she said.

There are 36 residents who live in the two story apartment, fire officials said.

The American Red Cross arrived to provide aid to the displaced, the dispatcher said.
