Missing 11-Year-Old Girl Sought By San Francisco Police Found Safe

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- An 11-year-old girl who went missing in San Francisco on Wednesday night has been found safe, police said Thursday afternoon.

E'Laya Brown had last been seen at her home around 10:30 p.m. and police this morning asked for the public's help in finding her.

Police said E'Laya is known to frequent areas near Fairfax Avenue in the city's Bayview District.

Police wrote on Twitter at 12:17 p.m. that E'Laya had been found.

No other information was immediately released.
