Fire On Roof Of San Francisco Ferry Building Quickly Contained

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A fire was reported on the roof of the Ferry Building in San Francisco Monday morning, fire officials said.

San Francisco fire officials said the fire was reported at about 7:25 a.m. at the historic waterfront building along The Embarcadero.

The fire was contained to the roof and did not cause any injuries or prompt evacuations of the building, fire officials wrote on Twitter.

No other details about the fire were immediately available.
