1 Arrested After San Bruno Police Find Dismembered Body

SAN BRUNO (CBS SF) -- While investigating a report of a missing person, detectives found a dismembered body at a San Bruno home Thursday morning and have since made an arrest, police said.

At 10:51 a.m., police responded to a home in the 300 block of Pacific Heights Boulevard, where they found what appeared to be human remains that had been dismembered.

The human remains have not been confirmed as belonging to be the person who was reported missing. The missing person's identity has not been released.

Police are investigating the death as a homicide and have arrested on person in connection. That person has been identified as 50-year-old San Bruno resident David Stubblefield.
