Rent Drops Slightly For San Francisco Apartments

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) -- San Francisco's outrageous rents may be dipping, according to a new report.

Apartment listing site Abodo reports that prices dropped by five percent in the city last month.

A company spokesperson told said the increase in housing construction is giving renters more options.

Oakland's rents dropped by 11 percent.
