Prosecutors Cancel 2nd Court Date For 49ers' Ray McDonald After Arrest For Alleged Domestic Violence
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Santa Clara County prosecutors have canceled a second court date for San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Ray McDonald following his arrest for alleged domestic violence.
A tweet from the district attorney's office Friday said another court date was not planned.
Investigation of McDonald case continues. No court hearing on 9/29. There will be no new court date unless or until charges are filed.
