Power Outage In Marin County

MARIN COUNTY (KCBS/BCN) — PG&E is working to repair a power outage affecting hundreds of customers in Marin County on Tuesday, a PG&E spokeswoman said.

The outage, which initially affected 1,941 customers, was reported in Corte Madera, Tiburon and surrounding area around 2:15 a.m., PG&E spokeswoman Jana Morris said.

Repairs crews have restored power to about 200 customers. According to PG&E's online Outage Center, power is expected to be restored by to return by 7:35 a.m..

The outage was caused by a downed wire, Morris said.
