Police Seeking Help In Finding Missing 12-Year Old San Francisco Girl

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Police are seeking the public's help in locating a 12-year-old girl who left her school last week in San Francisco and was sighted Monday in Oakland, a police spokesman said Tuesday.

Imani Howell had left school in San Francisco on Nov. 10 and was spotted Monday on International Boulevard in Oakland, San Francisco police Officer Albie Esparza said.

Imani is described as standing about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 161 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, police said.

She was last seen wearing black yoga pants, a cut-off shirt and high heels, according to police.

Anyone with information on Imani's whereabouts is asked to call the San Francisco Police Department's anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text to TIP411 with "SFPD" at the start of the message.
