Police Seek Gunman Who Fired Into Santa Clara Police Headquarters

SANTA CLARA (CBS SF) – At least one person fired shots at the Santa Clara police headquarters over the weekend, a police spokesman said Monday.

The shooting happened shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday at the police building at 601 El Camino Real, police Lt. Kurt Clarke said.

Three rounds struck and damaged the south side of the building, Clarke said.

The building was occupied at the time but no injuries were reported, he said.
