Police Release Surveillance Photos Of Clayton Bank Robbery Suspect

CONCORD (CBS SF) -- Concord police have released surveillance photos of the suspect in a bank robbery last week in Clayton.

The robbery happened around 6 p.m. Friday, at the Wells Fargo Bank on Clayton Road.

The photo shows a bearded, bespectacled, white male wearing a baseball hat standing at the teller window. He was wearing a green sweatshirt, stands about 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds.

Police say he handed over a note demanding cash and left with an unspecified amount. No weapon was used in the robbery.

Police believe the suspect fled in a dark Ford Mustang.
