Pilot Walks Away After Crash-Landing Near San Carlos Airport

SANTA CLARA (CBS SF)-- Authorities were investigating a small plane crash in San Mateo County Saturday night.

The pilot of the plane walked away without a scratch after crash-landing just north of San Carlos Airport.

It happened around 8:30 p.m.

The plane came down in a field. It's not clear what went wrong.
