Patrick Willis Says He Is Not Coming Out Of Retirement

Former 49er defensive standout Patrick Willis has emphatically responded to Bleacher Report's story that he is considering returning to football.

"I MADE MY DECISION BACK IN APRIL AND I HAVEN'T THOUGHT TWICE ABOUT IT; NOR PLAYING ANOTHER DOWN IN THE NFL...PERIOD..."

The rumor of Willis' return came via Bleacher Report NFL Insider Jason Cole who stated that one of his sources told him that Willis may reconsider playing again if he can heal the toe injury that has plagued his last few seasons in the league.

Willis retired in April after 8 Seasons in the NFL with 950 tackles, 20.5 sacks, 8 interceptions. He was a first round pick (#11 overall by 49ers) and a 7-time Pro Bowl selection.
