Passed Out Drunk Man Found In Trunk Of Car During Richmond DUI Stop On Christmas Eve

RICHMOND (CBS SF) -- Police officers in Richmond discovered an apparently drunk man passed out in the trunk of a car pulled over during a DUI stop.

The Richmond officer pulled a 35-year old driver on Bayview Avenue on Christmas Eve, and during a search of the suspect's car found a man passed out in the trunk.

The man was apparently the driver's friend.  The driver was arrested and jailed for driving under the influence.
