Overturned Vehicle Crash On I-80 In SF Snarls Morning Commute

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A crash involving an overturned vehicle on eastbound Interstate Highway 80 in San Francisco is snarling traffic this morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.

The crash occurred just west of the Seventh Street exit at about 7:10 a.m.

As of 7:30 a.m., the two left lanes of eastbound I-80 were blocked and the CHP had issued a Sig-alert, CHP Officer Mike Ferguson said.

He did not yet have information on whether anyone was injured.
