Oakland Man Wins Tesla Or $50K In SF Dream House Raffle Early Bird Drawing

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A lucky Oakland man will take home a Tesla Model S or $50,000 cash after winning the 8th Annual San Francisco Dream House Raffle Early Bird Drawing.

James Erb was chosen as the winner in Thursday's drawing.

The next Early Bird Drawings are on May 12 and June 2. The winners will choose between a trips to Tuscany and Barcelona or cash equivalents.

Since its inception 7 years ago, the Dream House Raffle has raised more than $18 million for the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. The grand prize is an 6600 square foot home in St. Francis Wood neighborhood or $4 million in cash.
