NV Spa Worker Dies Inside Unlicensed Cryotherapy Liquid Nitrogen Chamber

LAS VEGAS (CBS/AP) — Authorities say a Nevada spa where an employee was found dead inside a liquid nitrogen chamber used for cryotherapy treatments wasn't licensed to operate.

The Clark County coroner's office said Tuesday that further investigation is underway to determine the cause of death of 24-year-old Chelsea Patricia Ake-Salvacion. She was found on Oct. 20 at the Rejuvenice facility in Las Vegas.
