OAKLAND  (CBS SF) -- The top team in the National Basketball Association is also the clear leader in social media among its growing legions of #DubNation fans.

The NBA Champion Golden State Warriors surpassed more than one billion social media impressions during November, the team announced on its website.

The Warriors said the team has seen a collective year-over-year growth of 127% on all social media platforms, and has become the first American professional sports team to amass two million Instagram followers.
