Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Crash In San Francisco's Dogpatch Neighborhood

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood Sunday afternoon, a police spokesman said.

Officers responded to a report of a motorcycle crash at 24th and Third streets at about 4:30 p.m., Officer Gordon Shyy said.

The motorcyclist was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for injuries that were considered to be life-threatening, Shyy said.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, he said.
