Motorcyclist Killed In SF Hit-And-Run Sunday Morning

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A motorcyclist died early Sunday morning following a hit-and-run accident in San Francisco.

At 2:15 a.m., fire officials received a report of a crash involving a motorcycle on southbound San Jose Avenue, near Monterey Boulevard, heading toward Interstate Highway 280, according to a fire dispatcher.

Police and fire personnel responded to the incident.

An initial report said the motorcycle crashed into a metal divider, according to the California Highway Patrol.
